A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required upon booking. Quoted price is subject to change if design requires reworking or additional work is requested by the customer. Hawaii general excise tax of 4.712% will be included in final invoice. Payment is due in full prior to delivery or in cash ONLY at time of pickup.
Checks are accepted for deposit and up until three days before delivery date. Please make checks payable to HOLLY LOWE.
Delivery charge is $3 per mile as mapped by google maps from my address to your location. Sometimes it is more convenient and cost effective for cookies to be shipped across and inter-island.
Rush orders are considered orders less than ten days in advance and are subject to a 20% fee. Decorated sugar cookie orders can only be taken with a minimum notice of 3 days.
